Requirements For Storage Environment Of UV Glass

1. Temperature control
UV glass coating should be stored in a clean, dry, and cool place, avoiding exposure to ultraviolet light sources such as sunlight, fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps, etc.
It is recommended to store at a temperature not higher than 30 ℃ and keep away from heat sources.
UV glue usually needs to be stored in a dry, cool, well ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
UV ink should be stored in a ventilated and dark environment below 16 ° C-28 ° C, and should not be stored in an environment above 35 ° C for a long time.

2. Light protection
All UV related materials are sensitive to light, especially ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, direct exposure to natural light or artificial ultraviolet light sources must be avoided.
UV ink should be stored in black opaque bottles, and the bottle cap should also be opaque.

3. Humidity and ventilation
The storage environment should be kept dry to prevent moisture from entering the interior of the material, which may affect its chemical properties and curing effect.
At the same time, the environment should have good ventilation conditions, but should be kept away from any sources that may cause pollution.

4. Sealing performance
UV materials should be kept sealed in an unopened state to prevent moisture or other impurities from entering the air.
The remaining materials after use should also be sealed and stored in a timely manner, and should not be stored open.

5. Secure storage
The shelf for storing UV materials should be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as metal and stainless steel, and placed on the bottom layer to avoid corroding other items due to leakage.
Flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around, nor should anything be placed on top of them.
Handle with care during operation to avoid severe vibration or shaking.

6. Packaging and Containers
Fragile materials such as glass should not be used as storage containers.
The storage containers for UV glue and UV ink should be kept at a certain distance (about 3-5 centimeters) to avoid back and forth collisions.

7. Validity period management
The storage period of UV glass coating is 12 months.
UV glue has a safe storage period of 6 months at room temperature of 25 ℃ and with ventilation.
The specific expiration date of UV ink should refer to the product manual provided by the manufacturer.

8. Special precautions
For UV ink, it should be used up within 4 hours after adding hardener, and the natural drying time is 24 hours. It is recommended to conduct physical property testing after 48 hours.

If the skin accidentally comes into contact with UV materials, it should be washed immediately with soapy water; If it accidentally gets into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
By following these detailed storage requirements, the quality and performance of UV glass and related materials can be effectively protected, ensuring that they can achieve optimal results in practical applications.
