Surface Perfection
Diamond-tool polishing achieves a surface roughness (Ra) <0.5 μm, minimizing particle adhesion. Acid washing (e.g., HCl) removes residual contaminants.
Forming Techniques
CNC Machining: Computer-guided tools carve slots with sub-millimeter accuracy.
